Out West is an annual conference where LGBTQ+ talent comes to meet some of Canada’s largest and most inclusive employers. Attendees will develop their professional skills through workshops, build their networks, and learn about LGBTQ support in the workplace from employers who lead the charge. Attendees will also have an opportunity to land coveted jobs and internships with companies who value diversity and inclusion.
